the exercise chronicles. (Soar, sore and sour)

exercising is good for health, if done in limits (and more importantly, in a conventional manner). Surely, a challenge of jumping over a mound of mud to another mound of mud placed 1 metre apart is not a great idea. I've learnt it the hard way, nevertheless. The jump execution was beyond average, SoaRing high in the air, but the landing faltered a little, with one leg landing first. only a portion of the heel touched ground and 60 Kg's of weight onto the poor heel. It had to give way.

So i was with a SORE foot. this doesnt help. after the experience, i glorily had 2 sprints, had an exercise session (which followed with some more jumps) and climbed atop a tree, jumped down and also did a tarzan'ish thingy swinging on a tree trunk. Then comes the longer day, with events like shopping, working and consulting stuff (another meet to the lawyer). The coffee today is just a little SOUR with all this pain in the foot and lots more work to do..

the next day follows with a leave from college (with a perfect alibi of a sore foot), but a random meeting followed in the afternoon. The yesterday exercising helps after all, i finally won my first arm-wrestling match in my adulthood.
Thank you Thank you !!
