why 'indian' is a different breed altogether

Its been an age old saying, indian's being referred to as "a completely different breed altogether". Even indians believe that, (SRK telling on national TV about it).
our breeding into adultage and psychology makes us different i.e. even in an enormous amount of pressure an indian cope up living his life. Our feelings are fickle, (or hypocratic to say the least). Things of utmost importance lose flavor and we do nothing to tackle it. yes, am talking about the mumbai blasts.

much anger erupted in those days, when suddenly everything seemed possible and everyone wanted to do something. everyone has his own view at the story, everyone has a topic to discuss. the discussions lead nowhere, with the concensus that you can't do anything, so the resentment decreases and we are back to square one. we can just forget the most disastrous things, if it didnt affect us directly.

learn from westerners ??? french just had a united march against the government and it was really united.. (75% people approving the cause). here, we'll prefer having another topic to discuss, (with the result, more or less known that we cant do anything) so 'mitti daalo yaar'.

and the best is we cant do anything about it. no 'jaagore' tv commercial or anything will motivate us take the harder way while we decide to live our own lives.. thats why we're a different breed altogether. for the more adventurous, they either become social outcasts, eccentric guys or are too confused about what to do that they prefer talking motivational bull-shit which no one else is ever gonna chew.

PS: gandhi too was an eccentric chap with his ideology, but he got every guy/girl to do what he wanted ... that time were we the different breed altogether ?? but, now, we'd prefer talking about it. or would we ?
